With her background in counseling and education, business development and team training came naturally. In her early business career, she founded a real estate company where she discovered her love for team training. Her office won awards for the second highest productivity per agent in the state year after year. Her "secret sauce" was discovering both what motivated each person to succeed AND how to move them through rejection and resistance faster. Her philosophy is that she loves people into their greatness and that's the stand she takes both for our clients and the team she leads.
